All rates are fully inclusive of bed linen, bathroom towels,
electricity, gas and water.
Maximum number of persons, 3 adults.
Winter longer term rentals available
Minimum rental period 3 days
For short stays of 4 days or less there is a final cleaning charge of £25

Terms of payment. 25% with booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking with less than 8 weeks to arrival date - payment in full with reservation.
A £100 deposit to be paid at the same time as the balance.  The deposit is refunded on safe return of the keys less any breakage or any other agreed items.

Payments are to a UK bank account.
Details of bank accounts for payments will be supplied with reservation confirmation.

2 dogs are allowed, there is a charge of £20 per visit. per dog
(verification of breed required at reservation)
